Take I-35W South. Take exit 17C for Washington Avenue. Turn right onto Washington Avenue South. Continue on North Washington Avenue. Turn left onto North 5^th Avenue. Our office is located in the Designers Guild Building, 305 North 5^th Avenue, Suite 480, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401. Parking is available in the Designers Guild Building Ramp located next to the building on North 5^th Avenue.

FROM THE NORTHWEST:

Take I-94 E. Take exit 229 for West Broadway Avenue. Turn left on West Broadway Avenue. Take the 1st right on North Washington Avenue. Turn right on North 5^th Avenue. Our office is located in the Designers Guild Building, 305 North 5^th Avenue, Suite 480, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401. Parking is available in the Designers Guild Building Ramp located next to the building on North 5^th Avenue.

FROM THE SOUTH:

Take I-35W North. Take exit 16A W on the left toward Downtown/I-94W. Continue straight onto 5^th Avenue South. Turn left onto Washington Avenue South. Continue on North Washington Avenue. Turn left onto North 5^th Avenue. Our office is located in the Designers Guild Building, 305 North 5^th Avenue, Suite 480, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401. FROM THE EAST:

Take I-94 W. Take exit 234B to South 7^th Street. Turn right onto 11^th Avenue South. Turn left onto Washington Avenue South. Continue on North Washington Avenue. Turn left onto North 5^th Avenue. FROM THE WEST:

Take I-394 E. Take exit 9C for Washington Avenue toward 3^rd Avenue North. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for 3^rd Avenue North. Turn left onto North Washington Avenue. Turn left onto North 5^th Avenue. Our office is located in the Designers Guild Building, 305 North 5^th Avenue, Suite 480, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401. Parking is available in the Designers Guild Building Ramp located next to the building on North 5^th Avenue.

Gapen, Larson & Johnson, L.L.C. is located at North 5^th Avenue, Suite 480, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55401 in the Designers Guild Building. The main entrance for our building is on North 5^th Avenue, as you exit the parking ramp to the right, just past the alley. The elevator is straight ahead as you enter the building.
